CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation Policy: 1. We understand that things happen in life which can cause us to miss an appointment. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice so we may have the opportunity to offer that spot to another guest on our waitlist. Without enough notice those guests can miss an opportunity and our stylists can not fill that spot and will not get paid. Therefore a late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of your service. A same day cancellation/no show will result in a 100% charge of your service. Rescheduling an appointment within 48 hrs will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service. We will always send a reminder text at least 48 hrs prior to your appointment time so that you can reschedule appropriately. Refund Policy: 1. The stylists at Manuka salon delight themselves on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within one week of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost.
